Administrators in Webassessor™ can set up each user with log in rights and grant permissions to access folders in the item bank. Item writers can have edit, write and/or read-only access. This ensures the privacy of your item bank while streamlining the item authoring process.

Once the item writer has completed their task, you can move items out of the folder they have access or simply turn off their permission to access Webassessor altogether.
